Mukerji revealed that he had not watched the film in its entirety since its release, but expressed his desire to revisit it in the future, stating, “When I am older and wiser, I think I will watch the movie at least once a year – because a big part of who I was and how I looked at life – is forever captured in this movie!”

The director’s emotional post garnered responses from fans, celebrities, and industry peers.
