Trisha Krishnan to Star Opposite Chiranjeevi in Telugu Remake of Hit Movie “Bro Daddy”

Remakes of successful movies have become a common trend in the Indian film industry, and audiences often appreciate the fresh interpretations of familiar stories. Telugu cinema, in particular, has seen its fair share of hit remakes from various regional industries. One such highly anticipated remake is “Bro Daddy,” featuring the iconic actor Chiranjeevi in the lead role.

The original movie, which starred Mohanlal as the male lead and Meena as his wife, left a lasting impact on the audience. For the Telugu version of “Bro Daddy,” Trisha Krishnan has been roped in to play the role of Mohanlal’s wife. Trisha’s re-entry into Telugu cinema has generated immense excitement among her fans and Telugu moviegoers.

However, as with any remake, speculations and discussions abound. Some social media users have expressed concerns about the age factor and the portrayal of a 40-year-old mother opposite a 39-year-old son (played by Sharwanand). They question whether the on-screen chemistry will appear believable and relatable. Nevertheless, it’s important to remember that the outcome will only be evident upon the movie’s release on the silver screen.

Sharwanand, who has signed on to play Chiranjeevi’s son in the film, was not the original choice for the role. Sidhu Jonnalagadda was offered the role but declined the offer. As the roles have been finalized for various characters, script modifications have been made to suit the new cast. There are also reports suggesting that Chiranjeevi might portray the role of a big brother instead of a father to Sharwanand, adding an intriguing twist to the narrative.

Actress Srileela is being considered for the role of Kalyani Priyadarshan from the original film, further adding to the excitement surrounding the project.

Trisha Krishnan, who is renowned for her impactful performances in Tamil and Telugu cinema, is busy with multiple projects. Her upcoming film “Leo” is slated to release on October 19, and she has three other highly anticipated projects, namely “Ram,” “The Road,” and “Sathuranga Vettai 2.” While the release dates for these films have not been announced yet, fans are eagerly awaiting Trisha’s exceptional performances on the big screen.

As the Telugu remake of “Bro Daddy” takes shape with an ensemble of talented actors, expectations are soaring high. The combination of Chiranjeevi’s stardom, Trisha Krishnan’s charm, and a gripping storyline are likely to create fireworks on the silver screen. Movie enthusiasts can hardly wait to witness the magic unfold in this much-anticipated film.
