While rumours of his entry into politics continue to circulate, the actor chose to impart valuable advice rather than making any explicit political announcements. Vijay emphasized the importance of education and integrity, urging the young audience to make informed choices when it comes to voting and to acquaint themselves with influential national leaders such as Dr. BR Ambedkar, Periyar, and Kamaraj.
During his speech, Vijay expressed his dissatisfaction with the functioning of political parties and cautioned first-time voters against succumbing to bribes for votes. He highlighted the consequences of such actions by illustrating a scenario where a politician offers Rs 1,000 to a voter in a constituency with 1.5 lakh voters. Vijay questioned the enormous amount of money, approximately 15 crores, that would have been spent on bribes in such a case and prompted the students to reflect on the significant earnings accumulated by those who engage in such practices.
