“Turbo” is shrouded in mystery, and details about the film are being kept under wraps. However, speculations suggest that it might be a revamped version of “Turbo Peter,” a project that Midhun Manuel Thomas was initially supposed to direct with Jayasurya.
Sunil, who currently has a lineup of projects, including Shankar’s “Game Changer,” “Guntur Kaaram” directed by Trivikram Srinivas, and “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” is gearing up for his maiden venture in the Malayalam film industry.
Mammootty, enjoying the success of “Kannur Squad,” has a busy schedule ahead. Apart from “Turbo,” he is set to appear in several exciting projects. “Kaathal-The Core,” directed by Jeo Baby and featuring Jyothika, is slated for release in December during the International Film Festival of Kerala. The legendary actor will also be seen in the horror film “Bramayugam,” the action-thriller “Bazooka,” and the Telugu film “Yatra 2,” where he will reprise his role as former Andhra Pradesh CM YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
As the anticipation builds around “Turbo” and Sunil’s Malayalam debut, fans are eagerly looking forward to witnessing the collaboration between the Telugu actor and Malayalam cinema stalwart Mammootty on the big screen.
