Honestly, I would not say that I thought a lot about these films before signing them because I had no clue at the time.”

Coming from a non-film background, she took control of her career and started selecting roles that resonated with her, rather than being swayed by external opinions.

The film’s success marked a turning point in her career, and she went on to deliver powerful performances in movies like “Thappad” and “Manmarziyaan,” further solidifying her position in the industry.

Recently, Taapsee took a well-deserved break after a busy year with multiple releases, including “Looop Lapeta,” “Mishan Impossible,” “Shabaash Mithu,” “Dobaaraa,” “Tadka,” and “Blurr.” Her upcoming projects have created much anticipation among fans and industry insiders alike.
