Following Samantha Ruth Prabhu‘s decision to take a break from work to prioritize her health, her hairstylist and friend Rohit Bhatkar took to Instagram to express his emotions and share fond memories with the actress. Samantha, who suffers from Myositis, recently completed shooting for her Telugu film “Kushi” and the Indian version of the web series “Citadel” before embarking on her hiatus.
Rohit posted a series of happy pictures from their time together, showcasing their outings and shared experiences. One throwback photo captured Samantha dressed in a black top and latex pants, enjoying a meal at a restaurant.
In his heartfelt note, Rohit reminisced about their journey, encompassing two years filled with a sensational music video, three movies, seven brand campaigns, two editorials, and a lifetime of memories. He acknowledged the highs and lows they encountered together, from joyful laughter to moments of pain and vulnerability. Rohit concluded his message by expressing his support and wishing Samantha strength on her healing journey. He encouraged her to explore new dimensions of her existence and return even stronger than before.
Samantha, who has experienced significant personal changes in the past two years, including her separation from her actor husband Naga Chaitanya and her Myositis diagnosis, demonstrated her resilience by fulfilling her work commitments. Despite her health condition, she completed demanding assignments, including shooting high-octane action sequences for the Indian version of “Citadel,” alongside co-star Varun Dhawan.
Looking ahead, Samantha’s fans can anticipate her upcoming film “Kushi,” where she stars opposite Vijay Deverakonda. The film, set to release on September 1, marks their second collaboration after the critically acclaimed 2018 film “Mahanati.”
As Samantha takes this much-needed break to focus on her well-being, her fans and well-wishers eagerly await her return to the screen, confident that she will emerge stronger than ever. The support and encouragement from her close circle, exemplified by Rohit’s heartfelt note, serve as a testament to the enduring bond between the actress and those who care about her.
