In a series of Instagram Stories, Samantha expressed her love for action scenes, providing a glimpse of her experience on the set of Citadel India.

Currently, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is juggling between two projects, Citadel India alongside Varun Dhawan and Kushi with Vijay Deverakonda. Citadel India, directed by Raj & DK, is a spin-off of the original series Citadel, starring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden. Both Samantha and Varun Dhawan recently attended the UK premiere of the series in London.

Responding to a fan’s query about Citadel India being a remake of the English show, Samantha clarified that it is not a remake. In the comment section, a fan expressed confusion, questioning if both versions were the same storyline since Priyanka Chopra’s version was dubbed in multiple Indian languages. Samantha addressed the fan’s concerns, stating, “It is not a REMAKE!!”

While the team working on Citadel India has remained tight-lipped about the series, Priyanka Chopra recently revealed that the storylines of the two versions are interconnected, hinting at an intriguing connection between the narratives.
