Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, in a recent episode of her podcast ‘Take 20’, emphasized the significance of maintaining a healthy diet while avoiding certain foods and beverages. During the discussion with wellness expert Alkesh Sharotri, Samantha responded candidly to a viewer’s comment regarding her past endorsement of unhealthy brands.

Addressing the criticism with honesty, Samantha admitted, “I have made mistakes in the past when I didn’t know any better, but I have stopped accepting many endorsements. I believe in practicing what I preach. God bless.”

Samantha, known for her roles in a variety of Telugu and Tamil films including ‘Eega’, ‘Mahanati’, and ‘Super Deluxe’, recently announced her debut as a producer with the upcoming multilingual film tentatively titled ‘Bangaram’.
