As the nation commemorated the Police Commemoration Day, Prime Video India seized the moment to announce the eagerly anticipated worldwide premiere date for the action-packed series “Indian Police Force.” Conceptualized and co-directed by the illustrious Rohit Shetty, along with Sushwanth Prakash, the series is slated to grace screens worldwide on January 19, 2024.

“I am very proud of my cast and crew, who devotedly worked together to present this action series that pays an ode to the valour, sacrifice, and courage of our Indian Police officers,” said Rohit Shetty, reflecting on the significance of the upcoming series.

The spotlight shines on a star-studded cast, with Siddharth Malhotra leading the narrative, supported by the talented ensemble of Shilpa Shetty, Vivek Oberoi, Shweta Tiwari, Nikitin Dheer, Rituraj Singh, Mukesh Rishi, and Lalit Parimoo, promising an electrifying viewing experience for audiences worldwide.

The announcement also shed light on the expanding landscape of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe, a cinematic realm that commenced with the iconic “Singham” franchise in 2011. The franchise has not only witnessed the third installment, “Singham Again,” currently in production with a stellar cast including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff but has also expanded to include other notable films such as Ranveer Singh’s “Simmba” (2018) and Akshay Kumar’s “Sooryavanshi” (2021).

The much-anticipated “Singham Again” is set to hit the screens on the auspicious occasion of India’s Independence Day, August 15, 2024. The film is expected to feature engaging cameos by Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh, while Deepika Padukone is slated to make history as the first female cop, Shakti Shetty, in the film. With these upcoming releases, Rohit Shetty continues to enthral audiences with his adrenaline-pumping narratives, further solidifying his position as a maestro in the realm of action-packed entertainment.
