Ram Gopal Varma Clarification on Latest Legal Case:

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has addressed the recent reports surrounding the legal cases filed against him, sharing a detailed post on social media to clarify the situation. In his post, Varma presented 22 points explaining the events that have transpired, vehemently denying rumors that he has gone into hiding.

The first point made by RGV emphasized that he has not gone anywhere, and is, in fact, busy with the work related to his upcoming film. He also responded to reports claiming that the police were seeking to arrest him, stating, “One other thing which might shock you is the fact that the police didn’t even enter my office so far, nor did they inform either my team or the media that they came to arrest me. If they intended to arrest me, why wouldn’t they come to my office?”

Varma further questioned the multiple cases filed against him in a span of just 5-6 days, hinting at a possible conspiracy. He wrote, “The speed with which these cases were filed raises questions about the intent behind them.”

The filmmaker also addressed the details of the FIR, revealing that it had been filed against him based on “alleged memes” under several sections of the law, including Sections 336 (4), 353 (2), 356 (2), 61 (2), 196, 352 of BNS, and Section 67 of the IT Act. Varma went on to explain the meaning of these legal provisions to his followers, further detailing his position in the matter. Through this post, Ram Gopal Varma aimed to clear the air and debunk the misleading reports surrounding his arrest.
