Project K, the highly anticipated film, is creating a buzz at the prestigious San Diego Comic-Con, and fans are eagerly awaiting its release. As the excitement builds up, the film’s storyboard has been unveiled, offering a sneak peek into the narrative of Project K. The revealed storyboard has been circulating on social media and showcases Prabhas‘ character, who appears to be the saviour of humanity.

Director Nag Ashwin previously disclosed that Prabhas’ superhero character in the movie draws inspiration from Lord Vishnu, a revered deity in Hindu mythology. According to ancient texts, Lord Vishnu’s avatars appear in each Yuga (age) to protect humanity from darkness and evil. Project K, which also stars Deepika Padukone and Kamal Hassan in pivotal roles, seems to delve into this profound mythological story.

The intriguing strip from the storyboard portrays an evil guard vandalizing an idol resembling Lord Shiva and demanding people forsake their faith in their deities. In the darkest days of Kaliyug, where hope was fading, and heroes were nearly forgotten, this malevolent force rises intending to annihilate all gods and plunge humanity into despair.

Unfazed by the guard’s threats, a man defiantly responds, “I’d rather die than salute your god!” The evil guard retorts that there is no choice and that no one is coming to save them. However, just when all seems lost, Prabhas’ character intervenes, marking a turning point in the strip.

The storyline of Project K artfully blends science and mythology, making it a grand spectacle that is presented in two parts. The film explores the belief that Lord Vishnu will appear in his Kalki avatar at the culmination of Kalyug to protect and restore humanity, a narrative that Nag Ashwin aims to bring to life on the silver screen.

Fans are eagerly looking forward to learning more about the film’s plot during a special Q&A session scheduled to take place at the San Diego Comic-Con. Additionally, the team will unveil the first-ever video glimpse of the movie during the same event.

In addition to the stellar cast, Project K also features Disha Patani, Suriya, and Dalquer Salmaan in special roles, adding to the film’s allure and anticipation.
