Prithviraj Sukumaran, known for his versatile acting across multiple languages, has stirred excitement among fans with his recent announcement regarding the much-anticipated film, ‘Salaar.’ The actor took to his official X (formerly Twitter) handle to reveal a remarkable milestone in his career.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Prithviraj confirmed the completion of the final dubbing corrections for ‘Salaar.’ This film, directed by KGF maestro Prashanth Neel, marks a unique feat for the actor as he lends his voice to his character, Varadha, in not one or two but five different languages – Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and his mother tongue Malayalam.

“I have had the privilege of lending my own voice for all my characters across various languages I’ve worked in over the years,” the actor shared. “But to be dubbing for the same character, in the same film in 5 different languages is a first for me.”

Accompanying his announcement were behind-the-scenes glimpses from his dubbing session, showcasing the dedication and effort invested in bringing his character to life.

‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire’ revolves around the friendship of two characters, Deva played by Prabhas and Varadha portrayed by Prithviraj. The narrative revolves around Deva’s unwavering loyalty and determination to stand by his friend, embodying a powerful camaraderie. The film, featuring a stellar ensemble cast including Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, John Vijay, Mime Gopi, and more, is set to hit theatres worldwide on December 22, 2023.

This release date aligns ‘Salaar’ with the much-anticipated Shah Rukh Khan-Rajkumar Hirani film, ‘Dunki,’ promising an epic clash at the box office.

While awaiting the release of ‘Salaar,’ Prithviraj Sukumaran also anticipates the arrival of ‘Aadujeevitham,’ directed by Blessy, offering an unprecedented survival drama, scheduled to hit screens on April 10, 2024.

The actor’s packed schedule includes two upcoming Malayalam films, ‘Vilayath Buddha’ and the comedy ‘Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil.’ Additionally, he is actively involved in shooting the sequel to his 2019 directorial hit, ‘Lucifer,’ titled ‘L2: Empuraan,’ featuring the legendary Mohanlal in the lead role.

Adding to his diverse portfolio, Prithviraj is set to play the primary antagonist in the much-anticipated Hindi film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,’ starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff.

The audience eagerly anticipates Prithviraj Sukumaran’s dynamic performances across these diverse cinematic ventures, setting the stage for an eventful and promising future in the world of entertainment.
