Prabhas, the reigning star, prepares for an exciting foray into a period drama with director Hanu Raghavapudi, embarking on the film’s initial pre-production phase. This upcoming project, spearheaded by Mythri Movie Makers, is anticipated to blend romance and action, featuring Sreeleela in a significant lead role, marking their first collaboration.
Sreeleela, a sought-after name in Telugu cinema, is set to star alongside Prabhas, garnering immense attention in the industry. Ram Pothineni, her co-star in ‘Skanda,’ attested to her bustling schedule, further affirming her rising prominence.
The film’s musical dimension will be orchestrated by Vishal Chandrasekhar, a frequent collaborator with director Hanu Raghavapudi, setting the stage for an enticing cinematic experience. Mythri Movie Makers, known for its association with acclaimed projects like ‘Pushpa’ and ‘Kushi,’ undertakes the film’s production, heightening expectations.
In Prabhas’s immediate pipeline, the much-anticipated action thriller ‘Salaar,’ helmed by Prashanth Neel, gears up for its release on December 22nd. The film boasts an ensemble cast featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, and others, promising gripping performances under the banner of Hombale Films.
Further, Prabhas’s involvement in Nag Ashwin’s futuristic venture ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ adds another dimension to his diverse repertoire. This science fiction spectacle features an ensemble cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, among others, slated for an early 2024 release under Vyjayanthi Movies.
