Prabhas is getting ready for the release of his upcoming movie Kalki 2898 AD on June 27, 2024. He recently impressed fans with his performance in the film’s first single, Bhairava Anthem, which was released on June 17. The song features Prabhas and Diljit Dosanjh and sets a futuristic tone with compelling visuals.

During the filming of Bhairava Anthem, there was a charming moment captured on set, where Prabhas was seen wearing traditional Punjabi attire and posing alongside his sisters. The black outfit complements his role in the sci-fi epic, where he plays Bhairava, a significant figure in a dystopian future influenced by Hindu mythological elements.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD offers a unique cinematic experience by blending sci-fi elements with rich Indian mythology. The movie’s story unfolds in Kasi, the last refuge of humanity, governed by a despotic figure called Supreme Yaskin. In this setting, Prabhas’s character emerges as a symbol of hope, linked to the prophesied end-times as per Hindu scriptures.

The film features an outstanding cast, including Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, and others in pivotal roles. Adding to the intrigue, Keerthy Suresh lends her voice to Bujji, Bhairava’s futuristic AI droid vehicle, bringing diverse talents and perspectives to the narrative.

Kalki 2898 AD promises to be a visual spectacle that merges ancient prophecies with futuristic landscapes, anchored by Prabhas’s formidable presence and a narrative that transcends time and genre boundaries.
