Pawan Kalyan Embarks on Foot Journey to Tirumala

Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM and renowned actor Pawan Kalyan was observed grappling with his ascent to the peak of Tirumala Temple. A video from HashtagU News captured the actor-politician climbing the Alipiri Srivari Padala steps, visibly fatigued at times, pausing to rest during his trek upwards.

Andhra Pradesh’s Deputy CM has embarked on an 11-day foot march as part of a penance to seek solace from Lord Venkateswara, following alleged adulteration of Ladoos. He has also declared himself the defender of Sanatana Dharma.

In a report by HashtagU, the politician spoke to reporters about his penance before beginning the march. The actor-politician suggested that the Ladoo issue may have prompted his march, which he views as a commitment to safeguarding Sanatana Dharma.

The allegations of Ladoo adulteration during the tenure of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s government have sparked considerable debate. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu even launched an investigation, forming a Special Investigation Team (SIT). However, the Supreme Court’s request for the Solicitor General to intervene has halted the SIT’s investigation.

The Ladoo controversy has attracted attention, with actor Karthi recently drawing criticism during a promotional event for his movie Meiyazhagan. The actor inadvertently commented on the issue, drawing a response from the AP Deputy CM. Subsequently, the actor apologized for his remarks, which were acknowledged by the politician-actor.

Looking ahead on the cinematic front, Pawan Kalyan, the powerhouse of Telugu cinema, is currently immersed in the film “They Call Him OG”. Directed by Sujeeth, known for “Saaho”, this upcoming movie promises a gritty gangster action theme, with Pawan Kalyan portraying a formidable don. Additionally, Pawan Kalyan is set to take on leading roles in upcoming films such as “Hari Hara Veera Mallu” and “Ustaad Bhagat Singh”.
