Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s Wedding: Priyanka Chopra Jonas Sends Heartfelt Wishes

As the much-awaited wedding of Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha approaches, the festivities have already kicked off with a bang, attended by their closest friends and family. However, the question on everyone’s mind is whether the bride’s cousin, the global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas, will be able to make it to the big day.

Amidst all the excitement, Priyanka recently took to her social media platform to share a heartwarming throwback photo of her cousin’s sister and penned a heartfelt message ahead of her wedding. In her post, she expressed her hopes for Parineeti’s happiness on her special day, saying, “I hope you are as happy and content as this on your big day little one… always wishing you so much love. #newbeginnings @parineetichopra @raghavchadha88.”

While earlier reports hinted at Priyanka’s attendance at the wedding along with her daughter Malti, new sources suggest that due to prior commitments, the global star may not be able to make it. A report in Filmfare mentioned, “Priyanka made sure to attend Parineeti Chopra’s engagement in Delhi during her visit to India last time.” However, it appears unlikely that Priyanka would miss her cousin’s wedding, given their close bond and the fact that she had previously taken time off from global promotions of her project ‘Citadel’ to fly down to India just for a day for Parineeti’s engagement.

According to the wedding invite, the wedding festivities will commence with a welcome lunch on September 23, titled ‘Grains of Love,’ scheduled to take place at the Inner Courtyard from 12 pm to 4 pm. Following the lunch, a 90s themed dance party is planned, with the party invite reading, “Let’s party like it’s the 90s.” On the same day, the Chopra family will host Parineeti’s Choora Ceremony.

The wedding ceremony itself will begin on September 24, with Raghav’s Sehrabandi, followed by a baraat at the Taj Leela Palace. The jaimala (exchange of garlands) is scheduled for 3.30 pm, followed by the pheras (wedding rituals) at 4 pm and vidai (farewell) at 6 pm.
