MM Keeravaani speaks on “sleepless nights” while creating music for Chandramukhi 2

Music composer MM Keeravaani has been busy with Chandramukhi 2, on Twitter he disclosed the tiring creative process behind it. Apparently, the Oscar-winning composer gave all his hard work and soul into the film’s music by working tirelessly for two months.

Keeravaani, shared his experience on Twitter, stating, “Watched Lyca Productions’ Chandramukhi 2. The characters in the movie spend sleepless nights from fear of death. For me, 2 months of sleepless days and nights for adding life to the mind-blowing scenes with my efforts. Guru Kiran & my friend Vidyasagar, please wish me the best.”

Directed by filmmaker P Vasu, Chandramukhi 2 boasts an impressive cast, with Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut taking on the lead roles. For Kangana Ranaut, this movie marks her third venture into the Tamil film industry following her appearances in Dhaam Dhoom (2008) and Thalaivii (2021).

Apart from the lead duo, the ensemble cast of Chandramukhi 2 comprises artists such as Vadivelu, Radhika, Lakshmi Menon, Srushti Dange, Mahima Nambiar, and Ravi Maria, among others. The film is slated to release on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi this year on September 19.
