Meenakshi Chaudhary Replaces Pooja Hegde in Mahesh Babu’s ‘Guntur Kaaram’ as Second Lead

Hyderabad, India – In an exclusive report, it has been revealed that actress Pooja Hegde is no longer a part of the highly anticipated film ‘Guntur Kaaram,’ directed by Trivikram Srinivas and starring Mahesh Babu in the lead role. Following Pooja’s exit from the project, there will be a significant shift in the female leads, with Meenakshi Chaudhary joining the film as the second lead, while Sreeleela will take on Pooja’s role.

‘Guntur Kaaram’ has been a topic of discussion ever since its inception, and Meenakshi’s entry has piqued the curiosity of moviegoers, eager to learn more about the new addition to the cast. For those unfamiliar with her, Meenakshi Chaudhary began her career as a model and gained recognition as the first runner-up of Miss Grand International 2018 before establishing herself as one of the leading actresses in the Telugu film industry.

Meenakshi made her film debut with the Telugu movie ‘Ichata Vahanamulu Niluparadu’ in 2021. She then played the female lead in the Telugu mystery-thriller film ‘HIT 2,’ which serves as a sequel to the critically acclaimed 2020 film ‘HIT: The First Case.’

While her official acting debut was in the web series ‘Out of Love,’ an adaptation of the popular BBC drama series ‘Doctor Foster,’ Meenakshi’s breakthrough in the film industry came with her role opposite Sushanth Anumolu in the Telugu film ‘Ichata Vahanamulu Niluparadu’ in 2020. Interestingly, when Meenakshi first met Sushanth, she had no idea he hailed from the prestigious Akkineni-Daggubati family and was an established actor. She got acquainted with Sushanth through workshops, leading to her opportunity in the film. She described the experience, stating, “In other words, it was my workshop that became my audition trials.”

Meenakshi Chaudhary’s Instagram profile offers glimpses into her love for fashion and travel, with each photo reflecting her vibrant personality. Notably, a reel video featuring her and Adivi Sesh from the promotions of ‘HIT 2’ garnered considerable attention, further establishing her presence in the industry.
