Manchu Manoj Joins Ranbir Kapoor in Donating Adipurush Tickets for Underprivileged Kids

Prabhas‘ highly anticipated mythological film, Adipurush, is set to be the biggest release of the month. With the film’s release approaching on June 16, advance bookings have begun, and several celebrities are showing their support by donating tickets to underprivileged kids. After Ranbir Kapoor‘s gesture of booking 10,000 tickets, Telugu actor Manchu Manoj joined the cause.

Manchu Manoj and his wife Bhuma Mounika Reddy have decided to purchase 2,500 tickets of Adipurush for orphan kids. The couple plans to organize a special screening of the film for 2,500 kids from different orphanages across the Telugu states. The children will have the opportunity to witness the mythological masterpiece depicting the story of Ramayana in a special screening in either Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. Further details regarding the screening are yet to be announced.

Ranbir Kapoor was the first celebrity to lend his support to Adipurush by donating 10,000 tickets to underprivileged kids across the country. The tickets will be distributed to NGOs in the Hindi belts. Singer and entrepreneur Ananya Birla also pledged to contribute by donating 10,000 tickets to the underprivileged.

As the bookings for Adipurush have commenced, the film has already accumulated significant sales. The Hindi 3D version has grossed approximately 2.80 crores, while the Telugu version has generated 64 lakhs from advance ticket sales. It has been reported that the ticket prices for the film have been increased.

Adipurush features Prabhas in the role of Lord Raghav, with Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Sunny Singh as Lakshman, Devdatta Nage as Hanuman, and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh. Directed by Om Raut, Adipurush is a magnum opus production with a massive budget of Rs. 500 crores. The film is a joint production of T-Series, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar, along with Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles.

With the support of celebrities like Manchu Manoj and Ranbir Kapoor, Adipurush is garnering attention not only for its grand scale but also for its efforts to bring joy to underprivileged children through special screenings of the epic tale.
