Mani Ratnam’s most recent directorial effort was the grand epic “Ponniyin Selvan II,” which received positive reviews from both critics and audiences. Produced by Allirajah Subaskaran’s Lyca Productions, the film was released in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
