Kalki 2898 AD Release Trailer OUT: Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan Clash Over Deepika Padukone’s Safety

The much-anticipated Telugu film project “Kalki 2898 AD” by Nag Ashwin is about to debut in theatres. This ambitious sci-fi thriller is expected to be a game-changer in Indian cinema.

Early reports suggested that the makers might unveil an exciting new trailer. Recently, the official trailer for “Kalki 2898 AD” was released, featuring Amitabh Bachchan as Ashwatthama and Deepika Padukone. The trailer reveals that an unborn child will be the new “god” of the world and holds the key to a better future. Prabhas plays Bhairava, determined to enter a place called The Complex while engaging in combat with Ashwatthama over Deepika’s protection.

The trailer also introduces a villainous character played by Kamal Haasan, adding depth to the story. With actors like Shobana and Saswata Chatterjee making their presence known, the movie’s anticipation is heightened by Santhosh Narayanan’s musical expertise. In addition to Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, the ensemble cast includes Disha Patani, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan, along with other notable actors.

Nag Ashwin authored and directed the film, which was produced by Vyjayanthi Movies. Santhosh Narayanan composed the soundtrack. “Kalki 2898 AD” is set to hit the big screens on June 27, 2024.
