First Look Poster of Code Ramayana Unveiled, Pays Homage to Dravida Bhoomi

The makers of the highly anticipated film Code Ramayana have recently unveiled the first look poster, generating excitement among movie enthusiasts. Directed by eminent writer Sauda Aruna under the banner of Sauda Aruna Studios, the film aims to pay homage to the spirit of Dravida Bhoomi and is based on Sauda Aruna’s acclaimed mythological book.

The title announcement event took place with great fanfare at the Film Chamber in Hyderabad, where esteemed guests, including Buddhist Bhikshu Bante Sheel Rakshit and acclaimed writer Lalita, graced the occasion. During a subsequent press conference held by the film’s production team, Bharadwaja, who portrays the character of Durvasa, shared insights about the unique three-part narrative structure of the Ramayana that the film will explore.

Bharadwaja explained, “The first segment, known as Purva Ramayanam, has already been filmed within a remarkable 11 days. Code Ramayana embodies the essence and significance of the Ramayana, with a primary focus on faithfully conveying its timeless message.”

He further elaborated, “Following this, we will proceed to complete the second part, Ravana Charita, in which the character of Ravana assumes a central role. The third and final segment is known as Uttara Ramayana. Through this three-part narrative, we aim to delve into the origins of our existence, shed light on the self-respect of our Dravidian land, and explore the caste system prevalent in India.”

Sauda Aruna, the celebrated director renowned for his captivating narratives, expressed his gratitude to the respected elders who participated in the naming ceremony of the first instalment of Code Ramayana. He stated, “Presently, we aspire to adapt this mythological exploration from the pages of a book into a visual spectacle on the silver screen. We are delighted to pay homage to Jai Shri Ravana and convey the magnificence of Dravida Bhoomi through this film.”

The film aims to highlight the greatness of Dravida Bhoomi and is a decade-long endeavour that will be presented in four parts. Currently, one-third of the shooting has already been completed, showcasing the commitment and dedication of the production team.

Code Ramayana, with its ambitious narrative and homage to Dravida Bhoomi, promises to captivate audiences and delve deeper into the rich mythological heritage of India. Fans eagerly await the release of this epic cinematic spectacle.
