Following the captivating trailer of ‘Fighter‘ that gripped the attention of movie enthusiasts, the much-anticipated film now reveals the first looks of its extended cast, adding more intrigue to the storyline. Joining the League of Squadron Leaders alongside lead actors Deepika Padukone, Hrithik Roshan, and Anil Kapoor are Akshay Oberoi and Karan Singh Grover.
The character poster of Akshay Oberoi, portraying Squadron Leader Basheer Khan with the call sign “Bash,” recently surfaced on social media. Described as a Weapon System Operator in the Air Dragons unit, his enigmatic persona clad in a pilot’s uniform, coupled with a distinguished moustache, sets the tone for an intriguing character arc.
Adding to the ensemble, Karan Singh Grover’s character poster was unveiled, introducing him as Squadron Leader Sartaj Gill, alias “Taj,” a Squadron Pilot in the Air Dragons unit. Karan, featured in the pilot’s uniform and sporting aviators, exudes an aura of strength and determination, leaving fans eager to witness his role unfold on the silver screen.
‘Fighter,’ helmed by director Siddharth Anand, promises a thrilling narrative and patriotic fervour, marking his return after a year. With Hrithik and Deepika portraying Squadron Leaders Shamsher Pathania (call sign Patty) and Minal Rathore (call sign Minni), and Anil Kapoor as Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh (call sign Rocky), the film sets high expectations for a compelling storyline.
