Disha Patani’s Birthday Celebrated with Stunning Character Poster Release for “Kalki 2898 AD”

As Disha Patani celebrated her 31st birthday, fans of the upcoming film “Kalki 2898 AD” were treated to an enchanting surprise – the unveiling of her character poster. Portraying the character Roxie, Disha exuded elegance and power in two contrasting looks.

In one poster, she graced the screen draped in a saree, radiating grace as she stood beside a tree, accentuating her ethnic allure with a vibrant red bindi and exquisite jewellery. She exuded boldness and strength in another striking image, leaning against a door in an all-black leather ensemble.

The film’s production house, Vyjayanthi Movies, took to Instagram to extend birthday wishes to Disha, accompanying the post with the caption, “Wishing our Roxie, @dishapatani a very Happy Birthday. #Kalki2898AD.”

Directed by Nag Ashwin, “Kalki 2898 AD” promises a cinematic journey inspired by Hindu scriptures and set in the year 2898 AD. The recently released trailer hinted at a futuristic reimagining of the Mahabharata infused with dystopian elements.

The legendary Kamal Haasan joins Disha Patani in this ambitious project, adding further intrigue to the film’s narrative.

With its captivating teasers and character reveals, “Kalki 2898 AD” became the town’s talk in 2024. Just last month, during an electrifying Indian Premier League (IPL) match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), makers teased audiences with Amitabh Bachchan’s look from the film.

In a gripping 21-second teaser, Amitabh Bachchan’s character, draped in earthy tones, is depicted engrossed in prayer within a cave adorned with bandages. As a young child inquires about his divinity and immortality, his character cryptically responds, “Since the Dwapar Yug, I have awaited the Dasavatar, the son of Dronacharya, Ashwatthama.” This teaser further heightened anticipation for the film’s release, promising a narrative rich in mystique and intrigue.
