The anticipation surrounding Dhanush‘s upcoming film, “Captain Miller,” has only intensified as the latest update unveils its official release during the festive season of Pongal in 2024. Initially set for a December 15th release, the makers announced the exciting news through social media, solidifying the film’s position as a highly anticipated project for the upcoming year.
Helmed by Arun Matheswaran, “Captain Miller” promises to captivate audiences with its ensemble cast, including the likes of Shiva Rajkumar, Priyanka Mohan, Nassar, Sundeep Kishan, Vinoth Kishan, and more, alongside the esteemed Dhanush in the titular role. Dhanush is set to portray the enigmatic character of Captain Miller, also known as Eesa or Analeesan, the leader of a rebel group within the narrative.
The film has been produced under the esteemed banner of Sathya Jyothi Films, with the musical brilliance of GV Prakash Kumar enhancing the cinematic experience. Behind the lens, Siddharth Nuni, known for his work in films such as “Brahman Naman” and “Vendhu Thanindathu Kaadu,” has skillfully handled the cinematography, while the editing responsibilities have been entrusted to Nagooran Ramachandran.
