Megastar Chiranjeevi, widely regarded as a megastar in the film industry, is gearing up for the release of his much-awaited film, Bhola Shankar. However, recent news about his health has sparked concern among his fans. According to reports, Chiranjeevi underwent leg surgery in the United States. After completing the shoot for Bhola Shankar, he reportedly travelled to the US along with his wife, Surekha. While he shared some pictures of his trip on social media, there was no mention of any health concerns or leg surgery in his posts.

Reports suggest that Chiranjeevi went to the US for a minor medical procedure on his leg. He was experiencing discomfort earlier, which led him to seek medical attention. As per the latest updates, he has returned to Hyderabad and is currently recovering at his home, opting to stay away from public appearances for the time being. The specific details of the procedure and the nature of his health issue were not disclosed in these reports.

Before his medical journey, Chiranjeevi took to his Instagram to share some pictures of his trip to the US. The caption hinted at a short holiday with his wife, Surekha, as a means to refresh and rejuvenate before commencing work on his next project. He mentioned that his upcoming film is a hilarious family entertainer, which is being produced by Gold Box Entertainment, a production house owned by his daughter, Sushmita Konidela.

The actor is expected to actively promote Bhola Shankar in the days leading up to its release on August 11. Directed by Meher Ramesh, the film features Tamannaah Bhatia as Chiranjeevi’s love interest and Keerthy Suresh portraying his sister. With the release of songs and posters from Bhola Shankar, anticipation among the fans has escalated significantly.

Bhola Shankar is a remake of the popular 2015 Tamil film titled Vedalam. The film is jointly produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara and KS Rama Rao under the banners of AK Entertainment and Creative Commercials.
