Ajay Devgn, the powerhouse performer, encountered a temporary pause in filming for Rohit Shetty’s much-anticipated movie, “Singham 3,” due to an eye injury sustained during an action sequence in Mumbai. Recent reports suggest that the dedicated actor is set to resume shooting in January, heading to Ramoji Film City to continue the film’s production.

According to sources cited by Pinkvilla, Ajay’s commitment to his craft was evident even after the injury occurred. Despite the mishap, he valiantly returned to the set to complete his scheduled work for the day, reflecting his staunch adherence to the age-old adage, ‘The Show Must Go On.’ Rohit Shetty carried forward the shoot at Golden Tobacco in Andheri after the incident, concluding the Mumbai schedule.

The next extensive phase of filming, labeled as a “marathon schedule” for “Singham 3,” is on the horizon at Ramoji Film City. Ajay Devgn is anticipated to continuously film for the movie over an approximate period of 30 days.

The excitement around “Singham 3” amplifies with its star-studded cast. The film not only marks Ajay Devgn’s return as Singham but also reintroduces Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar to Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. Adding to the ensemble are Kareena Kapoor and the esteemed Deepika Padukone, set to make her debut as the first female Singham. Furthermore, the movie introduces Tiger Shroff into the cop universe, heightening the anticipation among fans.

While speculations swirl about Arjun Kapoor possibly portraying the antagonist, director Rohit Shetty is yet to confirm or refute these claims. Titled “Singham Again,” the film is slated for a grand release on Independence Day, August 15, 2024.
