Actor Vijay Varma Blushes as Gulshan Devaiah Teases Him About Dating Tamannaah Bhatia at Dahaad Trailer Launch

Actor Vijay Varma, who will be seen in the upcoming web series Dahaad, recently faced some playful teasing from co-star Gulshan Devaiah at the trailer launch of the show. Gulshan teased Vijay about his alleged relationship with actress Tamannaah Bhatia, using her name ‘Tamanna’ repeatedly during the event. In response, Vijay blushed while Sonakshi Sinha laughed.

Vijay, who plays a suspected serial killer in the mystery thriller Dahaad, will be sharing screen space with Gulshan, Sohum Shah and Sonakshi. The show, co-created by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, will be premiering on May 12.

While the alleged relationship between Vijay and Tamannaah has been the subject of much speculation, the two actors have remained tight-lipped about their status. Fans first began to suspect the two were dating after spotting them sharing a kiss at a New Year’s party in Goa. More recently, they were seen together after a dinner outing in the city, further fuelling rumours.

During the trailer launch event, Vijay was also asked why he wasn’t smiling more, to which he responded, “I will refuse to ask anybody to smile for me, you know.” Despite the light-hearted teasing, the actors seemed to be in good spirits and excited for the premiere of Dahaad.

The show features an ensemble cast, including Sonakshi Sinha, Gulshan Devaiah and Sohum Shah as cops investigating a series of murders. With Zoya and Reema at the helm, fans are eagerly anticipating the premiere of the series.
