The camaraderie among the industry’s icons becomes evident with the revelation that Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary actor and Abhishek’s father, will make a cameo appearance in Abhishek’s upcoming film, “Ghoomer.” Notably, Amitabh Bachchan has been a pivotal part of director R Balki’s past cinematic endeavours such as “Paa,” “Shamitabh,” and “Cheeni Kum.” Speaking about this collaboration, Abhishek revealed, “Dad is Balki’s lucky charm and he will never make a film without him. This is our ode to my dad. Unfortunately, we don’t share screen space, but he has a cameo in this.”
Embracing the essence of theatrical releases, Abhishek Bachchan expressed his contentment with “Ghoomer” hitting the big screen, avoiding the digital route. He emphasized the significance of Fridays in the film industry, considering them as pivotal moments that shape an actor’s journey.
