The actor spends two hours at the gym every day, focusing on different exercises depending on the characters he portrays on screen. Whether he plays a fearless cop in “Singham” or a warrior in “Kanguva,” Suriya adapts his training accordingly. His workout routine includes cardio exercises, static hanging leg raises, hanging oblique raises, chin-ups, pull-ups, and muscle-building exercises. Suriya emphasizes building his body naturally and avoids the use of steroids and artificial fat burners.
