Waltair Veerayya: Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja are all set for a dance off in ‘Poonakaalu Loading’

The makers of Waltair Veerayya released two different promos introducing the characters of megastar Chiranjeevi and then mass maharaja Ravi Teja. After releasing three songs from the film featuring the superstar, now, it’s time to witness yet another big force who will be added to the new number. The highly anticipated song- ‘Poonakaalu Loading’ will feature Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja coming together in a dance off of sorts and it will be launched on December 30.

A source confirmed the development adding, “It is a New Year gift for fans, although it is two days in advance. And this poster of Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja looking at each other ferociously is only going to add to the anticipation. The song is set against the backdrop of jathara (carnival) of sorts.  And the looks of the two actors are quite contrasting, resembling their difference in characters. While Chiru will be seen in the title role, Ravi Teja plays a cop in the film. But fans will have to wait for another day to witness the Mega Mass ‘Poonakaalu’. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad has scored a blockbuster album and we are sure that the fourth song is going to break all the existing records and will become the mega mass song of the year.”

The ambitious project of Bobby aka KS Ravindra is being made lavishly on a big budget. Shruti Haasan will be seen as the leading lady opposite Chiranjeevi. The film is produced on a grand scale by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers, while GK Mohan is the co-producer. Arthur A Wilson cranks the camera, whereas Niranjan Devaramane is the editor and AS Prakash is the production designer. Sushmita Konidela is the costume designer.

While the story and dialogue were written by Bobby himself, Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy penned the screenplay. The writing department also includes Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri. Waltair Veerayya will be hitting the screens worldwide on January 13, 2023.
