Thalapathy Vijay’s Last Film “The Goat” Clears Censor Formalities

Kollywood superstar Thalapathy Vijay’s much-awaited film, “The Greatest of All Time” (GOAT), has successfully passed the censor board’s scrutiny, receiving a U/A certificate. Director Venkat Prabhu announced this milestone on X, accompanied by an electrifying poster showcasing the film’s action-packed essence.

With fans eagerly counting down to the film’s release on September 5, excitement is heightened by speculation that this may be Vijay’s final cinematic venture before fully dedicating himself to politics. The actor, who recently launched his political party, Tamizhaga Vettri Kazhagam, and is anticipated to contest in the upcoming elections, has sparked considerable interest in his transition from cinema to public service.

Director Venkat Prabhu recently revealed insights into his discussion with Vijay regarding the actor’s political aspirations. “Like everyone else here and the multitude of Vijay fans, I too wish to see more of him in films,” Prabhu shared. “I even asked him if he could manage both roles, and he simply smiled and replied, ‘We’ll see’.”

With a monumental budget of 300 crores, “GOAT” promises to deliver an adrenaline-pumping, visually stunning experience. The star-studded ensemble includes Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Ajmal Ameer, Mohan, Jayaram, Sneha, Laila, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Yogi Babu.

Vijay’s compelling portrayal and the film’s engaging narrative are poised to captivate audiences across generations.
