Suriya surprises wife Jyothika as he pays a surprise visit to the set of Kaathal: The Core

The highly awaited drama Kaathal: The Core will mark Jyothika’s return to Malayalam cinema. With her comeback, she will be seen sharing the screen space with superstar Mammootty for the first time. While fans can’t wait to see the fresh pair on the big screen, Jyothika’s actor-husband Suriya gave a surprise visit on the sets of Kaathal: The Core.

Numerous videos and photos of the same are making rounds on the internet. Directed by Jeo Baby of The Great Indian Kitchen fame, the team of Kaathal is currently shooting in Ernakulam. While the film is produced under the banner of Mammootty’s production house, it will be distributed by Dulquer Salmaan’s home banner Wayfarer Films.

Earlier, sending best wishes to team Kaathal: The Core through a post, Suriya had written, “From day one, this film’s idea & every step taken by Dir JeoBaby & team @MKampanyOffl is so good!! Wishing mammukka, Jo n team the best for @kaathalthecore. Happy happy birthday Jo!!!,” in a tweet.

Coming to Suriya’s professional front, the actor is presently busy shooting for Suriya 42 with Disha Patani. As per reports a large portion of the movie will also be shot abroad, specifically in three countries. On the other hand, the portal also reported that director Hari has started working on the script of Singam 4.

Quoting a source close to the development, the portal mentioned, “At present Hari is busy with another project, but he is simultaneously working on the script of the fourth instalment. He has an idea and is presently in the discussion stage; however, it will take some time to lock in the final story. Once that is done, he will narrate the story to Suriya. The actor too is aware of the development of Singam 4, and is excited about the project.”

However, it is worth mentioning that neither the director nor the actor has confirmed the speculations, as of now.
