SS Rajamouli opens up about his film with Mahesh Babu at the US Film Festival; film is said to be a globetrotting action adventure

In what seems to be one of the biggest dream collaborations in Tollywood, SS Rajamouli will be joining hands with Mahesh Babu for a film. Recent update on this is that the two will be coming together for a globetrotting action adventure. While Mahesh Babu is known for his action packed movies, Rajamouli is an expert for films that are set on a massive scale.  The filmmaker spoke about his film at the recently held Beyond Fest in USA.

SS Rajamouli recently received a great honour at an American Film Festival where the filmmaker’s biggest movies were screened. Besides that, the director also interacted with the media during the fest and revealed about his film with Mahesh Babu. A source close to the filmmaker confirmed the details and opened up about the details of this forthcoming film saying, “Mahesh Babu will join forces with SS Rajamouli and we know that the two of them have delivered several blockbusters till date. After scoring a colossal hit with RRR, the director is working on script work of Mahesh Babu’s movie.”

The source went on to add, “In fact, during the festival, Rajamouli disclosed that his film with Mahesh Babu is going to be a globetrotting action adventure. As the genre suggests, the story is set in different locations across the world. Mahesh Babu did action roles in many of his films but filmmaker Rajamouli, who is known for his commercial cinema, wants to present the actor in a one-of-a-kind role.”

The said film in question is expected to go on floors after Mahesh Babu wraps up his ongoing film. Readers would be aware that Mahesh Babu is presently busy with the epic action entertainer that is directed by Trivikram Srinivas. The movie, which is being referred to as SSMB28, went on floors a day ago.
