Renowned filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga, celebrated for his successful films Arjun Reddy and the recently released Animal, has promised thrilling updates regarding his much-anticipated project, Spirit, starring superstar Prabhas. During an event yesterday, the director encouraged fans to stay tuned, assuring them that upcoming announcements about the cast and crew would be well worth the anticipation.

The event took an exciting twist when the crowd began chanting “Don Lee,” sparking speculation about whether South Korean actor Ma Dong-seok (also known as Don Lee) might join the cast of Spirit. This comes after Don Lee shared an Instagram post featuring Prabhas, which had already fueled rumors of a possible collaboration between the two stars.

Spirit will be Prabhas’ 25th film and is being produced by Bollywood magnate Bhushan Kumar. Set to begin shooting in December 2024, the film is described as a high-energy cop drama. Kumar shared his excitement, stating, “Spirit is a dream collaboration between Prabhas and Sandeep Reddy Vanga. This combination will create an explosive impact.” He also confirmed that the film is expected to hit theaters by mid-2026.

In addition to Spirit, Bhushan Kumar also provided updates on Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s next venture, a sequel to Animal titled Animal Park, which will star Ranbir Kapoor. The sequel is set to begin filming in early 2027, after a six-month writing period.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who has successfully transitioned from Telugu cinema to Bollywood, continues to create excitement by collaborating with some of the industry’s biggest stars. Fans are eagerly anticipating more details about Spirit, which is set to be yet another cinematic extravaganza.
