Rashmika Mandanna to Star in Rahul Ravindran’s “The Girlfriend” – First Look Drops

Rashmika Mandanna, the sought-after star of the moment, is set to captivate audiences in the upcoming unusual and thrilling love story titled “The Girlfriend.” The film, helmed by director Rahul Ravindran and produced by Geetha Arts for their 51st project, promises to bring a fresh perspective to the world of romance and intrigue.

The recent release of the film’s title and first-look video has sparked considerable interest among movie enthusiasts, hinting at an engaging and unconventional narrative awaiting viewers. Music maestro Hesham Abdul Wahab, renowned for his work in the film “Kushi,” is set to compose the music for this project.

Sharing her excitement on Instagram, Rashmika Mandanna expressed, “The world is full of great love stories. But there are those few love stories that haven’t been heard or seen before. And ‘The Girlfriend’ is one such. #RM24.”

Rashmika Mandanna’s burgeoning career continues to ascend across multiple industries, with her recent appearances in the Tamil film “Varisu” alongside Thalapathy Vijay, directed by Vamshi Paidipally, and the Hindi film “Mission Majnu” alongside Sidharth Malhotra, directed by Shantanu Bagchi.

Notably, she is slated to star in the much-anticipated Hindi film “Animal” alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Triptii Dimri, where the storyline delves into a complex father-son relationship set against the backdrop of the underworld’s turmoil, leading to a gripping narrative that explores the son’s transformation into a relentless psychopath.
