Ram Charan’s Game Changer, directed by Shankar and featuring a star-studded ensemble from both the Telugu and Tamil film industries, premiered worldwide on January 10, timed for the prestigious Sankranthi box office season. Written by Karthik Subbaraj, the film stars Kiara Advani and Anjali in leading roles. Despite the film’s high anticipation and grand theatrical release in both Tamil and Telugu, Game Changer received negative reviews and was considered a major box office disappointment. Ram Charan takes on a dual role as a father and son in this political action drama, which explores Shankar’s signature themes of corruption, fair elections, and justice.
