Kapoor Sisters Set to Conquer South Indian Cinema

In a bid to follow in the illustrious footsteps of their late legendary mother, Sridevi, Bollywood’s Kapoor sisters, Janhvi and Khushi, are gearing up to make a splash in the South Indian film industry. Despite their relatively short filmography, the stunning duo has already captivated audiences with their striking looks and vibrant social media presence.

Janhvi Kapoor, who made her Bollywood debut with ‘Dhadak,’ has yet to secure a substantial hit in the Hindi film industry. In a strategic move, she is now venturing into the South with a pivotal role in NTR’s much-anticipated pan-Indian project, ‘Devara.’ The actress is eyeing the Telugu market, hoping to replicate her mother’s success, who began her career as a child artist in Telugu and Tamil films before conquering Bollywood.

Meanwhile, Khushi Kapoor is making her debut on Netflix with ‘The Archies,’ directed by Zoya Akhtar, set to release on December 7th. Beyond Bollywood, Khushi is already creating ripples in the Tamil film industry, with talks of her starring opposite the talented actor Atharva in an upcoming film directed by Akash and backed by Lyca Productions. Renowned music composer Anirudh is rumored to be onboard for the project.

With Janhvi aiming for Telugu stardom and Khushi setting her sights on Tamil cinema, the Kapoor sisters seem poised to follow their mother’s trajectory, establishing themselves in the South before conquering the North. As the anticipation builds for their foray into regional cinema, fans eagerly await the next chapter in the Kapoor legacy.
