Makers Unveil Mohanlal’s Stunning First Look as ‘Kirata’ in Kannappa
The makers of Kannappa have finally revealed the much-awaited first look of superstar Mohanlal as ‘Kirata’ in the film. Sharing the poster on X (formerly Twitter), they wrote: “The wait is over! Behold the stunning full look of Lalettan, The Legend, Shri @Mohanlal, as ‘Kirata’ in #Kannappa. His dedication and brilliance illuminate this sacred tale of valor and devotion to life. In addition to Mohanlal, Kannappa also promises special cameos from a stellar cast, including Prabhas, Kajal Aggarwal, and others, though their looks are yet to be revealed, adding to the excitement and anticipation among fans.
However, the film recently faced a setback when leaked images from the set, allegedly showing Prabhas in character as Nandi, surfaced on social media. This caused quite a stir, prompting the makers to issue a strong warning against such leaks and even announce a reward of Rs. 5 lakhs for anyone who could help identify the source of the breach.
After a brief delay, Kannappa is now scheduled for a grand theatrical release on April 25, 2025, and fans are eagerly awaiting what promises to be a visually spectacular and mythologically rich film.
