The film, directed by Nag Ashwin, known for his successful films like “Mahanati” and “Yevade Subramanyam,” boasts the likes of Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and more in key roles.

In the latest exciting update related to this eagerly awaited project, the makers of “Kalki 2898 AD” took to social media to wish the legendary Amitabh Bachchan on his birthday. To make the occasion even more special, they unveiled the iconic actor’s look from the film. The official statement from the team read:

“Kalki 2898 AD” is a science fiction extravaganza helmed by Nag Ashwin, marking his fourth directorial venture. Nag Ashwin, who has previously delivered box office hits, including “Mahanati” and “Yevade Subramanyam,” brings his creative vision to this exciting project.

The film was initially introduced to the world in 2020 under the working title ‘Project K,’ with Prabhas leading the way. As time progressed, the ensemble cast came into the spotlight, including Disha Patani, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and other renowned stars in prominent roles.
