Kannappa is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh and produced by Vishnu Manchu under the banners of AVA Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory. The film features a star-studded cast including Prabhas, Preity Mukhundhan, Mohanlal, Mohan Babu, R Sarathkumar, Brahmanandam, Madhoo, and Mukesh Rishi. Set to release in multiple languages—Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English—the film is poised to reach a wide audience.

The story follows the legendary Kannappa, one of Lord Shiva’s greatest devotees. It chronicles his journey from a humble hunter to a fierce warrior and ultimately to a revered saint, earning him the title of Nayanar. The film’s music is composed by Mani Sharma and Stephen Devassy, with cinematography by Sheldon Chau. Kannappa is a mythological fantasy set for theatrical release on April 25.

International distributors, local Indians, and everyone who watched it absolutely loved it. I’m thrilled and have butterflies in my stomach after witnessing such fantastic reactions!”
