On January 18, 2025, marking his 29th death anniversary, his grandsons Jr NTR and Kalyan Ram paid homage in a poignant gesture. The early hours saw Jr NTR and Kalyan Ram arriving at Hyderabad’s NTR Ghat, honoring their grandfather’s memory with solemn tributes.

Accompanied by tight security, the duo entered amidst a swarm of fans and media personnel. Jr NTR and Kalyan Ram reverently placed floral wreaths on the grand memorial adorned with flowers dedicated to NT Rama Rao.

With folded hands, they paid their respects to their grandfather, maintaining composure amid the bustling crowd. Both were dressed in matching black outfits, exuding solemnity during their visit. Seated in front of the memorial for a quiet moment, they observed a respectful silence in his honor.

For those unfamiliar, Jr NTR and Kalyan Ram are half-brothers who share a strong bond. Jr NTR, known for his recent success in ‘Devara’, is gearing up for exciting projects ahead. He is set to make his Hindi debut alongside Hrithik Roshan in ‘War 2’ and has an upcoming collaboration with Prashanth Neel in the pipeline.
