According to sources close to the project, director Buchi Babu Sana has already begun filming RC 16 with other key actors. Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor are set to join the shoot on Monday, where they will film some crucial scenes. Ram, in particular, has undergone a significant physical transformation for his role, with his fitness trainer, Shivoham, hinting at the change through a picture posted on Instagram earlier this year.
RC 16 is expected to be a sports drama set in Uttarandhra. Vijay Sethupathi, who collaborated with Buchi Babu on his debut film Uppena, recently shared his excitement about the project while promoting Maharaja in Hyderabad. He expressed confidence that RC 16 will be a “sure-shot blockbuster.”
