Trailer for Nani’s HIT 3 Unleashed
The intense 3-minute trailer opens with Nani’s character, Arjun Sarkar, a hardened cop, declaring, “There are only two ways a criminal should be allowed to live—inside a 10-foot cell or buried in a 6-foot grave.” The story centers around the kidnapping of a 9-month-old baby, with a desperate mother pleading for help. What follows is a relentless manhunt, as Arjun tears through criminals—sawing off heads and breaking bones—to rescue the child. In a moment of defiance, when a villain warns, “You can’t survive here,” Arjun coolly retorts, “I’ve heard that since the beginning of my career.”
About HIT 3
HIT: The Third Case is the latest installment in Sailesh Kolanu’s crime thriller franchise, following HIT: The First Case (2020) starring Vishwak Sen and HIT: The Second Case (2022) with Adivi Sesh. This time, Nani steps into the spotlight as the lead, with KGF fame Srinidhi Shetty playing his love interest.
Set in the Telugu states—specifically Visakhapatnam—the film continues the franchise’s tradition of unraveling complex, mysterious cases. Backed by Wall Poster Cinema, the film is produced by Nani’s sister, Prashanti Tipirneni, in collaboration with Nani’s own Unanimous Productions. HIT 3 is slated to release on May 1. Adding to the excitement, rumors suggest that actor Karthi will make a cameo appearance, possibly setting the stage to lead the next chapter in the HIT Universe.
Nani’s Reinvention from ‘Natural Star’ to Action Hero
Known for his charming, family-friendly roles that earned him the nickname Natural Star, Nani seems to be charting a bold new path. With HIT 3, he embraces a darker, more intense avatar—a ruthless cop navigating a violent underworld.
This shift has been hinted at in his recent projects like Dasara and Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, both of which showcased his ability to thrive in gritty, action-packed narratives. His upcoming collaboration with director Srikanth Odela on The Paradise also signals that this reinvention is just getting started.
