Devara’s New Promo: Saif Ali Khan Unleashes His Menacing Villainy in Jr NTR-Janhvi Kapoor Epic

Actor Saif Ali Khan exudes a unique blend of menace and coolness in the new promo for Kortala Siva’s *Devara Part 1*, which was released on Friday. To celebrate Saif’s birthday, the makers unveiled a special teaser showcasing his role as Bhaira, the film’s main antagonist.

*Devara Part 1*, starring Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor, introduces Saif as a formidable villain. The teaser highlights his character’s intense nature, describing his presence as a “celebration of havoc” and his pursuit as “more brutal than ever.” It opens with Bhaira in his lair, viciously defeating opponents in a brutal ring fight, with the crowd cheering him on. The teaser then shows Bhaira, bloodied but defiant, resting like a conqueror, before cutting to scenes of Saif in a dramatic new look with long curly hair, navigating a forest, and performing daring stunts set to a gripping score by Anirudh Ravichander.

Directed by Kortala Siva, known for hits like *Srimanthudu*, *Mirchi*, and *Bharat Ane Nenu*, *Devara* marks the Telugu debut of both Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. The film also features Prakash Raj, Meka Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, and Murali Sharma. Originally conceived as a single film, *Devara* was later divided into two parts, with the first installment scheduled to release in theaters on September 27.

The film also signifies Jr NTR’s return to the screen following the global success of *RRR*. After *Devara*, Jr NTR is set to star in *War 2*, where he will face off against Hrithik Roshan. This film is part of the Yash Raj Films’ spy universe, which includes Shah Rukh Khan’s *Pathaan*, Salman Khan’s *Tiger* franchise, and the upcoming Alia Bhatt-Sharvari starrer *Alpha*.
