Ravi Teja, the powerhouse of Telugu cinema, is all set to dazzle audiences with his upcoming release, “Mr. Bachchan,” a riveting adaptation of the acclaimed Hindi film “Raid” starring Ajay Devgn. Directed by Harish Shankar and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, the film promises a gripping narrative centered around an income tax raid on industrialist Sardar Inder Singh.
Amidst much anticipation, the makers of “Mr. Bachchan” have locked in August 15th as the official release date, with special premieres scheduled nationwide on August 14th. The announcement was accompanied by a striking new poster featuring Ravi Teja exuding charisma in a pristine white suit, captioned with the intriguing tagline, “Naam Tho Suna Hoga.”
Joining Ravi Teja in this cinematic extravaganza are Bhagyashri Borse and Subhalekha Sudhakar, among others, promising a formidable ensemble cast. The film’s production boasts a stellar lineup of talent, including Vivek Kuchibhotla, Mickey J Meyer, Avananka Bose, Brahma Kadali, Ujwal Kulkarni, Ram Laxman, and Pruthvi, ensuring a spectacle on the silver screen.
However, “Mr. Bachchan” won’t have the box office battlefield to itself. It will face off against “Thangalaan” and “Raghu Thatha,” starring Keerthy Suresh, in what promises to be an epic clash of titans at the theaters.
Ravi Teja’s previous outing, “Eagle,” released earlier this year, albeit after a delay, showcased his enduring popularity despite mixed box office results. With “Mr. Bachchan,” the star aims to captivate audiences anew, delivering what is expected to be a massive entertainer on Independence Day.
