Chiranjeevi, Ravi Teja, Shruti Haasan starrer Mega 154 to release teaser during Diwali

Mega 154 is expected to release in January 2023. The Chiranjeevi, Ravi Teja and Shruti Haasan starrer may have a surprise for fans during Diwali. The festive season may see the announcement of the title and possibly a teaser of the film. It will feature the megastar in a grey role of a smuggler whereas Teja will be seen as a police officer.

Although there has been no confirmation from the makers regarding the Diwali treat, sources in many reports have suggested that the makers are thinking of fans a glimpse of this mega starrer. A month ago, it was reported that Ravi Teja and Chiranjeevi had kicked off an extensive shoot schedule of the film which was in Hyderabad. A source close to the film earlier had said, “Today, the makers began a new and lengthy shooting schedule in Hyderabad. Chiranjeevi is also taking part in the shoot, alongside other actors. The film’s key sequences will be filmed in this latest shooting schedule.”

The film will mark the first collaboration of filmmaker Bobby with Chiranjeevi. The director has always been a fan of the megastar and adding further about his fan boy moment, the source had added, “Being a die-hard fan of Chiranjeevi, Bobby is making sure there will be enough mass-appealing elements in the movie from start to end. Bringing Ravi Teja for the crucial role itself is a big move, wherein a team of top raking technicians is taking care of different crafts.”

Besides him, Shruti Haasan will be sharing screen space with the Telugu megastar for the first time too. With an ensemble cast, the film is also eyeing at festival release in January 2023 and will possibly be releasing during the festival of Sankranthi.
