Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja kick off Mega154; film to have lengthy schedule

Mega154 has been in news due to its enviable cast and crew. The film will not only see superstar Chiranjeevi collaborating with another powerful star Ravi Teja but it will also see Bobby (KS Ravindra) as the director of the film. Shruti Haasan is the leading lady in the movie. Now the latest update is that the team of Mega154 has kicked off a lengthy schedule with Ravi Teja joining them in the last schedule.

A source close to the film confirmed the news adding, “Today, the makers began a new and lengthy shooting schedule in Hyderabad. Chiranjeevi is also taking part in the shoot, alongside other actors. The film’s key sequences will be filmed in this latest shooting schedule.” Speaking about the film, the source also went on to add, “Being a die-hard fan of Chiranjeevi, Bobby is making sure there will be enough mass-appealing elements in the movie from start to end. Bringing Ravi Teja for the crucial role itself is a big move, wherein a team of top raking technicians is taking care of different crafts.”

Talking about the team of the film, Naveen Yerneni, and Y Ravi Shankar will be producing the film, whereas GK Mohan is the co-producer. Mega154 has music by Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad and Arthur A Wilson is handling the cinematography. While Niranjan Devaramane is the editor, AS Prakash is the production designer. Sushmita Konidela is the costume designer of the film.

The story and dialogue were written by Bobby himself. However, Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy penned the screenplay. The writing department also included a host of other members including Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri.

Mega154 will be hitting the screens during Sankranthi, 2023. Although not many details are revealed, the film will feature Ravi Teja playing a powerful and long-lasting role and Shruti Haasan as Chiranjeevi’s leading lady.
