Ajith Kumar starrer Thunivu to arrive on Netflix on February 8 in five languages

Following the theatrical release in January 2023, Ajith Kumar starrer Thunivu is set to arrive on Netflix. The Tamil-language film will begin streaming from February 9 onwards on the platform in five languages – Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.

The announcement was officially made on Netflix India’s South Twitter handle which read, “It is time for the explosions to begin because Ajith Kumar is finally here! Thunivu is coming to Netflix on Feb 8th in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi and we cannot stay CHILLA CHILLA!  #ThunivuOnNetflix #NoGutsNoGlory.”

Produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios, Thunivu is directed by H. Vinoth. Ajith Kumar starrer revolves around the life of a mysterious mastermind and his team of four that forms a plan and commits bank heists across Chennai. However, the motive for the heist remains mysterious. The film stars Malayalam actress Manju Warrier along with John Kokken, Samuthirakani, among others. The film released in theatres on January 12, 2023, in cinemas. It clashed at the box office with Varisu starring Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna.
